Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.) She was regarded as one of sport's best athletes. Biles and her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone began to take an interest in the sport of gymnastics as a young girl during a day-care field trip in Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for eleven years under the direction of her trainer Aimee Boorman. Biles was awarded a silver medal in vault in 2010 and a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to competitions at the elite level in the year 2011. Within two years, she dominated this sport. Biles was notable for her constant performance her enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of effort she introduced throughout each competition--vault, uneven bars, balance beam and ground work.
