Ellie Goulding
Ellie's (n e Elena Jane Goulding 30 December, 1986 in Hereford England) was a English singer-songwriter from England. The infectious electronic music of Ellie Goulding swiftly brought her to the top of the charts when she drew the attention of the general public in 2010. The singer-songwriter was able to do this with the songs "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary artist with her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of making songs that are captivating and empathetic. She's akin with Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other artists similar to her. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a contract. Her debut album was set to release.
